Easier Said Then Done | Riding My Bike More

Yet i know in my heart the necessity of health, of getting out and getting exercise, yet on this day today I rather put focus on hiking barefoot, and did not get out and ride, partly because there were many things happening with my Grandfather being sick, that I was more concerned about him and how he was doing that I resided in the home just in case there was bad news.

There are stories here that rain will be forthcoming on Monday, and even if it does, I still need to get out there and ride, should probably get a trainer to get a ride in even if inside.

Yet here I think about Sunday, and recognize that is another opportunity to ride, as the day is full tomorrow, yet I know I need to put the action behind the words to get where I need to be, and to establish a habit it will take 21 Days at least of consistent effort.

Often the challenge seems to be that the first step is often the most difficult to do is what needs to be the objective, even if it is a short ride, it is a necessity of the times to get out there and ride a bit each day.

Like a waterfall flows a drop at a time so must I take the steps one at a time to change ingrained habits, to reform the ones I knew before and to put the miles in everyday on my bike.
